Quantum Criticality Index

A mathematical framework derived from a single axiom — the Hackfort Axiom — quantifying the degree to which quantum effects dominate a system's behavior. The equation unifies quantum biology, pharmacology, and cryptographic security under one principle: classical models of quantum systems are systematically incomplete, and the incompleteness is quantifiable.
